Women, Infant, and Children program provides an electronic card to purchase healthy foods, health care referrals, breastfeeding support and eating tips. Women who are pregnant, breastfeeding or who have just had a baby and children up to age 5 are eligible for the program.

Assessment to Determine Eligibility
Income and medical/nutrition risks:
Nutrition and medical assessment eligibility include:
- Medical history
- Anthropometrics - weights and heights
- Lab test - Hematocrit screening (a finger stick is required)
- Income eligibility- adjunctively income eligible if anyone receives FNS (food stamps), Medicaid and/or TANF (Work First) or meets income criteria based on gross income and number in family

- Elemental and medical formulas for infants, children and women
