We will hold limited group exercise offerings, outside, during the month of June. These are open to members of the Recreation Center.
Katie Smith will hold class from 8:30-9:30 am on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. These classes start Monday, June 1.
Kelly Smith will hold Yoga on Saturdays from 9:00-10:00 am. Yoga starts Saturday, June 13.
Equipment and mats will not be provided. You may bring your own mat or large towel.
Classes are limited to 25 participants. To reserve your spot please call ahead to 704-878-3103. We can take class reservation a week in advance on a weekly basis.
Classes will be held in the grassy areas located near the Center’s parking lot.
