Schedule a Trip

After being signed up for service, trips may be scheduled by calling reservations at (704) 873-9393, between the hours of 6 a.m. and 6 p.m. Monday through Friday. Trips may be scheduled up to one month in advance. Voice mail is available after hours, on weekends, and on holidays. ​

  • Drivers are not allowed to take reservations for passengers. ​
  • Human Service Agencies must complete a Reservation Form on behalf of their clients. ​
  • Reservation forms should be faxed to (704) 873 8125 or e-mailed.
What is needed to Schedule a Trip
  • Street address of the passenger  ◦ 48 Hour Notice REQUIRED
  • Name of the passenger
  • Telephone number of passenger
  • Date of the appointment
  • Time of the appointment
  • Return time (two hours automatically scheduled if return time is not known/provided)
  • Destination name and street address of where the passenger needs to go
  • Type of assistive device used (wheelchair, walker, cane)
